Michelle Fletcher, APRN, FNP-BC is a nationally board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), she joined the Vado team in 2017 as a dual role of performing aesthetic injectables and perioperative surgical care.
A Florida native, Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida in 2009. She began her nursing career in urgent care and women’s health while continuing her education, later graduating from the University of Cincinnati’s Family Nurse Practitioner program with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2013.
Michelle started her nurse practitioner career in dermatology, where she discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine — a perfect fusion of science and artistry. She has trained extensively alongside some of the most skilled leaders in the field, mastering treatments including neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®), hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvéderm® and Restylane® collections), and biostimulators (Sculptra®). She is also experienced in the use of laser, radiofrequency, and light-based platforms.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys Pilates, yoga, photography, traveling, and movies. Most of all, she cherishes being a devoted wife and mother to her sons, Colin and Landon, and her two dogs, Maxwell and Lacy. Michelle is honored to be part of the Vado team and is proud to collaborate with such an exceptional group of colleagues, bringing her passion for excellence to every patient interaction.
