Recovery from labiaplasty surgery is minimum, usually patients are able to return to work 3 - 4 days after surgery. However, patients must avoid cardiovascular activity and anything penetrative which includes tampons and intercourse for about 6 weeks or until they’ve been cleared by their plastic surgeon.
